MCA #7, Friday Afternoon
Aug. 6th, 2021 07:31 pmKarolina'd had her hands kind of full with groceries, so she hadn't really looked at the pile of mail she'd picked up on her way in. However, right as she was at the door, the corner of one of the envelopes caught her attention.
It had the Pomona College logo on it. As in, Pomona, California.
As in, where she'd applied to for a transfer. Half on a whim.
"Babe?" she called as soon as she was actually in the apartment. She set the bag of groceries on the floor to get at the letter - and in the process, managed to spill the rest of the mail onto the floor, too.
Including an envelope that was adressed to Beauregard Lionett. And the logo of another Californian college. on it.
"Babe!"
